日本の会社はどこも大して変わらない
年も明けたというのに更新はいつも通り。出来ない子が「出来ます」なんて言っても三日坊主どころか次の日には忘れているのと同じなのです。当方は年明け早々幸先悪くインフルエンザを患いました。生まれて20年以上経ちますがインフルエンザにかかったのは初めてです。
明日は休みだ！って日の夜。なんか熱っぽく感じたのですが、疲れが溜まっているのだろうと深く考えず酒を飲んで就寝。翌朝と言っても昼過ぎですが、起きると体がダルい。まぁここんとこ体調悪いのでそんなもんかと過ごしていたのですが、頭痛はするし耳は痛いしで熱を計ってみたら39.9度！
見事にインフルエンザと診断されてタミフルを処方してもらって服用するも、3日間40度近い熱が下がらず瀕死状態に。感染症なのでさすがに会社に来いとは言われなかったものの、仕事してなくても体力がドンドン削がれていく。まぁ出社して判明したんですが、シフト勤務なものでインフルエンザで休んだにもかかわらず休んだ5日間全て公休扱い。つまり普通に取るはずの休日扱い。
有給休暇は入社以来溜まり続けているのに公休扱い。そんなわけで当方、病み上がりの身でありながら8日間連続勤務の刑に処せられます。こんな会社が世の中に存在するんだ。ていうか、有給休暇って何の為に存在するの？病気で使えなかったらいつ使うの？辞めるとき？怒りを通り越して呆れも通り越してしまった。
ま、まぁ・・・出た以上は仕事が出来る以上はやるけどさ。おかしいよな・・・こんなの。それに俺が休んでる間「俺は昔インフルエンザにかかっても仕事した」とか誇らしげに言ってる奴がいたらしい。お前はバカか。自慢にもならん休め。ていうか迷惑だ。感染性の疾患を抱えているのに出勤するバカには損害賠償と慰謝料を請求しても良いんじゃないのか？
まぁ世の中の会社は完全復調するまで休ませてくれる奇特な会社も少ないとは思うけど、医者には熱が下がっても2日程度は休んだ方がいい。と言われていたんですがね・・・感染するからって。こっちは自分の体調と会社に迷惑をかけてはいけないという配慮から「大事を取ってもう一日休ませてくれ」と言っても会社は甘えと見做す様だ。
まぁ健康な状態の人に病人の辛さがわかるわきゃない。だって俺もわかんねぇもん。横で腹痛いって苦しんでてもそりゃわかんないもんな。俺は痛くないもん。ただ本人にとっては一大事なくらい辛いことなんだけど。日本の会社はどこへ行っても大なり小なり精神論が入り込んでる。良いか悪いかは別としても、病気を押してでも会社に出てくる奴が根性があるだと？出てくることに意味があるとでも思ってるのか？オリンピックじゃねぇんだから。だいたいそんな奴に限ってここ一番で弱いんだ。
社内で風邪が流行ると会議の冒頭で所属長からは「体調管理も大事な仕事」。まるで風邪を引いたのは本人に過失があるみたいな言い方。お前ら普段から暴飲暴食して不規則な生活してるからそうなるんだみたいな決め付け。まぁプライベートでどうしようが個々人の自由だろうし、そもそも規則正しい生活と将来に渡って明るい未来が見えるような仕事させてるか？異常超勤などで体に疲労が蓄積されてれば抵抗力も弱って風邪も引くっての。
日本ではどこで働いても、だいたい仕事から長く離れるってことは転職でもしない限りないですからね。長くて5日？7日？10日？まぁそんくらいでしょ。短けりゃ2連休取るのも罪悪感を感じる職場の人もいるでしょう。2連休取ろうものならもう鬼の首取ったみたいに「連休取るんやって？ええのうええのう」とか周囲からいじられたり。
まぁ別になんでもいいけど、仕事辞めたい。リフレッシュしたい。俺の大事な何かを切り取られているようで・・・ここんとこ元気ないです。
