最近、激務に激務を重ねてまったく更新してなかった。そろそろうつ状態になりかねないので、自分でも仕事量をセーブしないとダメだと思っていながら、会社から回される仕事はそれを遥かに超えるところが悩みどころ。
つい先日、出勤途中の午前6：40頃。速度違反で捕まった。約束の時間に遅れるかもしれないと思って制限速度をオーバーしてたことは間違いないものの、32kmオーバーで一発免停。減点6の反則金10万以下とのこと。過去3年間で前歴0なので短期30日免停。
免許ないとどうしようもない仕事なので、会社は激怒。裁判所への出頭日も当然のように平日なので会社に有給を申請して出頭することに。免停講習日は偶然にも休日だったので助かったけど、出頭日はどうしようもないので・・・まぁ・・・運が悪かった。
で、2日前くらい。取締りをしていた警察署から電話があり「出頭日は裁判を行っていない日なので、○○日か○○日に出頭してほしい」との連絡。ざけんな！「何言ってんの？そっちが指定した日でしょ。口頭じゃなくて一覧表みたいのにハッキリと日にちは明記されてましたよ？それを変更しろってのはどういうこと？」
向こうも「事情はわかるが、裁判所もやってない日だからどうしようもない」の一点張り。だから！こっちはそっちがこの日に出頭しろって日を会社に迷惑かけて段取りつけてんだって！それを別の日って言われても無理に決まってるだろう！違反は違反としても最初に指定された日は文句なく予定つけたんだから、それを変えるならそっちがこっちの予定に合わせるのが普通じゃないのか！
散々言った挙句、書類の準備が間に合わないと言ってた日付で「その日しか無理なら、なんとか都合つけるからその日に出頭してもらえますか」とのこと。都合つけられるんなら最初からつけろ！これだから公務員は。ネットやら世間話やらで「役所仕事はゴネたらなんとかなる」ってのはマジなのか！？まぁ今回の事はどうしても譲れないっていうか、休みはそんなにコロコロ変えられないから強硬なこと言ったけどね。業務に支障出たら俺の責任問題だから。
ちなみに、違反者は年々減ってるのかな。取締りをやってもやっても減らないのは警察の怠慢だよな。道路交通法を変えないのなら、徹底した取締りをやって違反者は軒並み検挙するべきだ。じゃなきゃ道交法の意味がないんじゃないのか。守らなければいけないからこそ法律なんだから。違反者も「捕まったのは運が悪かったくらいにしか考えてない」わけだから。
気の向いた時に取締りをやって捕まえた奴から反則金を毟り取ってそれで何が正義か。法定速度が現実に合ってないなら変更するべきだ。あんなの公安委員会が変えましょうって言ったら変えられるもんなんじゃないのか？すくなくとも2車線あったら制限50kmくらいはないと現実には合ってないんじゃないか？1kmでも超えたら厳密には違反じゃないの？それは車の性能上無理なんじゃないかと。多分取締りの対象は10km～なんだろうけどさ。
なんか腑に落ちないんだわ。まぁ違反は違反として反則金ならびに免停講習も甘受しますが、捕まったのは確実に運が悪かっただけと言えるような気がするんだ。そんな現状に憤っているんですよ。悪いことなら徹底した取締りで違反撲滅をするべきだ。ルールが現実に適してないなら改正するべきだ。とそれだけを思うんだよ。40km制限の道を朝っぱらの激空いた一車線道路でトロトロ走ってたら後方の車に煽られまくって危険なんだわ。
それ以来というもの、ここ数日違反取締りやってる「止まれ」の旗を持ったおっさんのメット見ただけでハラワタが煮えくり返っている当方です。
